16. Disclaimer

  • Every publication will occur immediately;

  • TikTok’s authorization system will always be available;

  • The integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TikTok may independently review, restrict, reject, remove, or otherwise manage content according to its own policies.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lampiarhitecturale.ro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from third-party platform failures, TikTok API changes, service interruptions, authorization revocation, or actions independently taken by TikTok.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
